Truckstop.com Integration

Carriers source loads from Truckstop but need that information in their TMS to dispatch drivers and track execution. Instead of retyping pickup addresses, delivery times, commodity descriptions, and rates, import complete load details with a single Load ID.

When you find a load on Truckstop, copy the Load ID and paste it into TMS.ai's import function. The system pulls in the load data from Truckstop and creates an order with all details populated: pickup location and time, delivery location and time, commodity description, weight and dimensions, equipment requirements, rate information, and special instructions.

Setting it up:

  1. Log in to your TMS.ai account
  2. Follow the prompt on the main screen to "Import from Load Board"
  3. You can also access the integration from the More menu in the top right corner
  4. Choose Truckstop from available options
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to authenticate and connect your Truckstop account to TMS.ai
  6. You may need your Truckstop credentials to complete this process

Importing loads:

  1. Click on the Import from Load Board Tile: Navigate to an empty board within TMS.ai where you want to pull in loads from Truckstop
  2. Enter Load ID: You'll be prompted to paste the Truckstop Load ID into the provided field
  3. Create Order: After entering the Load ID, click "Create Order" - this will pull in the load data from Truckstop into TMS.ai
  4. Verify Imported Load Details: Navigate to the Orders section in TMS.ai to verify that the load details have been successfully imported
