ELD Integrations

Stop calling drivers to ask where they are. ELD integration pulls GPS location data and hours of service information directly from your electronic logging devices into TMS.ai. Location updates every 15 minutes, and you see available drive time, cycle hours, and required breaks right in the dispatch view.

TMS.ai integrates with 100+ ELD providers through Terminal's integration platform. Once connected, the system imports your trucks using VIN numbers and syncs driver profiles automatically. Trucks are mapped between TMS.ai and ELDs using the VIN number - if the VIN isn't matched to an existing asset in TMS.ai at import time, a new asset is created. Otherwise, the asset could be duplicated.

What you get from ELD integration:

Real-Time Track & Trace:

  • Last known location data visible in the "Last Known Location" field
  • Location data updates every 15 minutes
  • Location appears on the map view for each order or manifest

Hours of Service Data:

  • Available Cycle Time
  • Available Shift Time
  • Available Drive Time
  • Available Break Time
  • Driver's Current Status: Off Duty, Sleeper Bed, Driving, On Duty, Yard Mode, Personal Conveyance, Waiting Time, etc.

Proactive Dispatching:

  • Dispatch loads based on truck and driver location and availability
  • See which drivers are near pickup locations
  • Verify drivers have sufficient hours to complete trips legally
